A single Commemorative Tree Registration may honor or memorialize one person, or a couple. If you use the Donate button below, you will have the opportunity to designate whom to honor or memorialize in the PayPal checkout form.
PayPal: After entering your credit card information (or accessing your own PayPal account), on the next screen look for the words "To honor or memorialize whom?"
Memorialize: (1) Please enter the name of the person or persons no longer living that you wish to memorialize with a tree gift. (2) Be sure to give us contact information for someone who should be notified of your gift.
Honor: If you are honoring someone, please enter their name and address. Enter text continuously, using only commas or dashes to separate the information
